Samsung's Bespoke AI Combo all-in-one washer-dryer has become one of Korea's most recognized home appliances just two years after its debut, recording a 40% year-on-year sales increase in 2025 alone. Now, Samsung is launching a new 2026 model with several improvements.
The 2026 version features an upgraded heat exchanger system that boosts both performance and efficiency. This hardware change also allowed Samsung to increase the drying capacity by 2Kg.
In fact, the 2026 Bespoke AI Combo offers the largest capacity among all washer-dryer combos in Korea, with 25Kg for washing and, thanks to the upgrade, 20Kg for drying.
Better AI and Bixby, smarter programs, and more
Among the new features is a pre-heat mode that improves on the previous hybrid heat pump drying method. By raising the internal temperature during the spin-drying stage, the pre-heat method reduces overall drying time.
Quick Course has been upgraded as well and can now finish its cycle 10 minutes faster than the 2025 model and 30 minutes faster than the 2024 version.
As expected, the Bespoke AI Combo includes AI features and the latest version of Bixby, powered by an upgraded large-scale language model (LLM) similar to the one we got on the latest Galaxy flagship phones. It can understand natural language, answer questions, and provide instructions.
The 2026 Bespoke AI Combo also simplifies laundry care for users unsure about program selection. The AI Custom+ feature analyzes factors such as load weight, fabric type, and soil level, then automatically chooses the optimal washing and drying settings.
One other useful addition is Auto Open Door+, which opens the door automatically after a cycle completes, letting the laundry air and preventing unpleasant odors.
In Korea, where the 2026 Bespoke AI Combo just made its debut, the lineup includes two variants: one with a 7-inch screen, similar to the previous model, and a new option with a dial control and a 2.8-inch display. An international release should happen this year.
